Kyriacos (Charlie) Kolas, Owner
Charlie started Kolas Painting, Inc. in 1974 primarily as a painting company working heavily with residential and community management companies. Over the years, and as his company grew, he saw a need for other services that could better suite his clients. Today, the company name has changed to represent these many facets of services, while keeping true to what was always most important to him, the customer’s satisfaction. To this day, Charlie is still involved in the daily operations of Kolas Contracting, primarily supervising commercial projects.
Stephen Kolas, President
Stephen came on board with Kolas Contracting, Inc. in 2002. Coming into the family business had its challenges initially, taking the advice and years of experience from his father, Charlie, while trying to introduce new ideas and to fine tune an already well running operation. Today he is head of sales and business development and is project manager for a large volume of jobs.
Andy Kolas, Project Manager
Andy has been with Kolas Contracting for over 17 years. He has an extensive resume of commercial and residential jobs. He is well versed in construction management, troubleshooting and specializes in build outs and renovations. His attention to detail is what sets him apart and works constantly to mitigate any risks that could arise on the job.
