Kolas Contracting, Inc. offers a full range of interior and exterior painting services for residential complexes and individual homes.  We have completed numerous residential projects in Washington, DC, covering all of Northern VA including Alexandria Virginia and into Maryland.  Our painting contractors take the utmost care while working on your project.  Initially, a site check is done at the time of estimate/consultation at which time the customer can explain what they want while our Project Manager will make suggestions which will best suit the customer's requirements and budget.  Our painting contractors make sure that all the prerequisites are met before starting a painting project along with others.  In order to achieve a smooth finish, free of all dust, debris, and mould, special care is taken to fill in all the existing gaps.  Later on, a thick coat of primer is applied and lastly the painting is concluded using good quality paints in order to achieve a homogeneous effect.
